Ticketing Policies

Please note that The O'Shaughnessy cannot hold seats without payment. Seats must be purchased in order to be reserved. Thank you for understanding.

In Person
The O'Shaughnessy Ticket Office is open 12:00-7:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday and closed on Sundays. The Ticket Office is located in the Southwest corner of the O'Shaughnessy's lobby.

By Phone
Tickets are available by calling 651-690-6700 between 12:00-7:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday.

Online
Tickets are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at www.theoshaughnessy.com. If you experience any difficulties purchasing tickets online, please contact our ticket office at 651-690-6700.

Facebook
Visit The O'Shaughnessy Facebook page and click on the "Get Tickets" box to purchase tickets.

Refunds and Exchanges
The O'Shaughnessy has a strict "no exchange or refund" policy, and all sales are considered final. Any refund or exchange will be made at the discretion of the Ticket Office Manager.

SCU Discounts
For events where discounts are available for SCU Students, Faculty, Staff, and Alumnae, we will not offer those discounts for online purchase. These discounts will only be available for purchase over the phone or at the door.

Service Fees
A $2 Restoration Fee has been built into the price of all tickets.

Orders taken over the phone will be assessed a $5 handling fee. This fee is assessed per order rather than per ticket, i.e. the fee is $5 regardless of the number of tickets purchased.

Orders processed online will be assessed a per ticket convenience fee based on ticket price.

Orders taken in person at the ticket office are not charged any service fees.

Group Sales
Group discounts are available to most events at the O'Shaughnessy. Questions regarding group sales can be directed to the Ticket Office Manager at 651-690-6759.

*Please note: The O'Shaughnessy does not have an elevator. Please keep this in mind when purchasing seats on the balcony level.

Bringing Children to Performances
The O'Shaughnessy requires that everyone entering the auditorium must have a ticket - this includes children under the age of 5 and infants, even if they will sit on a parent's lap.

Late Seating
Performances at the O'Shaughnessy begin promptly on time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Electronic Devices
Recording devices are prohibited from the theater at all times. Out of respect for fellow audience members, we ask that all noise making devices are shut off before entering the theater.
