SEATING POLICY The O'Shaughnessy uses a first come first serve seating plan with a maximum capacity of 1550. Schools are seated downstairs or upstairs, house left or right, based on the size of their group and the size of other attending groups. Sponsoring organizations may not promise preferential seating and may not assign particular seats to students. Accommodations for students with special needs will be made. Prior notification of special needs helps to facilitate the needed accommodations more efficiently. At least SEVEN business days before the program, the presenting/sponsoring organization must FAX or email The O'Shaughnessy a complete list of the following: 651.690.6769 <<Click here to Email>> - Names of schools attending - School contact person and phone number * - Grade level[s] of students attending - Total number [students, teachers, chaperones] attending - Notice of any type of accommodations needed [e.g. wheelchair space] - Accurate running time of event * The O'Shaughnessy reserves the right to refuse any school groups admission to the performance, based on previous behavior problems.
