DISMISSAL PROCEDURES

** For faster, safer dismissal, please use the following guidelines **
- Students and chaperones will remain in their seats until their group's name is called over the house PA system. Upon hearing their name, they will proceed directly to their school bus. School buses will depart promptly when full.

- The O'Shaughnessy House Manager will provide ushers on 'bus duty' with walkie-talkies. The bus ushers will have buses pull up as far as possible on the road and will radio this information to the House Manager who will then announce which school may be dismissed.

- Bathroom visits after the performance are not permitted. All students / teachers / chaperones must go directly to their bus when dismissed.

- Keep your group together by class or by school.

- Perform your head count before students enter the bus - do not wait until all passengers are seated.

- Make sure this is a positive experience for your students as you are molding audience behavior for the future.
Be a role model and show your students what a wonderful experience the theater can be.
