THE O'SHAUGHNESSY / WOMEN OF SUBSTANCE
SERIES 2006-2007 - CALL FOR PROPOSALS -

Since the fall of 1996, The O'Shaughnessy has embarked on a series of community partnerships to bring "Women of Substance" to the College of St. Catherine. The series was created to reflect the College's unique status as an important gathering place in the Upper Midwest for women and their families. We are seeking mutually beneficial partnerships with Minnesota Artists and arts organizations as we expand this highly visible and successful initiative. Up to 3 Minnesota Women of Substance projects will be selected to be presented by The O'Shaughnessy as part of The O'Shaughnessy Presents 2006-2007 season and we continue to actively solicit partnerships for our national/international Women of Substance series. Past Minnesota Women of Substance projects have included In the Heart of the Beast, Zorongo Flamenco Dance Theatre, WildFire, Kalavala and Ragamala Music and Dance Theatre.
