Groups will be given one complimentary ticket for every 25 tickets purchased.

Submission of the group order form does not guarantee your order. A group sales invoice will confirm your order within 5 business days. Please call

You may change your number of tickets up to your individualized check-in date (approximately 2 weeks prior to show time). Additional tickets are subject to availability.

No payment is required until your check-in date. Full payment must be made with one check or one credit card (or cash when presented in person). There are no refunds after the payment is made.

Everyone entering the O'Shaughnessy must have a ticket regardless of age, including all teachers and bus drivers.

Late seating will be available at the discretion of the House Manager or at the Artist's request.

Cameras and other recording devices are not permitted inside the auditorium.

Audio Description and ASL Services are available if requested two weeks in advance. To request an audio listening device the night of the show, please inquire at the Box Office.

We do serve beer and wine with light snacks for most shows.

The O'Shaughnessy does not have an elevator.
