Ticket & Theatre Policies

  • Availability of seats is first come - first serve. Reserve your tickets early!
  • Groups will be given one complimentary ticket for every 25 tickets purchased.
  • Submission of the group order form does not guarantee your order. A group sales invoice will confirm your order within 5 business days. Please call
    651-690-6759 if you do not receive an invoice.
  • You may change your number of tickets up to your individualized check-in date (approximately 2 weeks prior to show time). Additional tickets are subject to availability.
  • No payment is required until your check-in date. Full payment must be made with one check or one credit card (or cash when presented in person). There are no refunds after the payment is made.
  • Everyone entering the O'Shaughnessy must have a ticket regardless of age, including all teachers and bus drivers.
  • Late seating will be available at the discretion of the House Manager or at the Artist's request.
  • Cameras and other recording devices are not permitted inside the auditorium.
  • Audio Description and ASL Services are available if requested two weeks in advance. To request an audio listening device the night of the show, please inquire at the Box Office.
  • We do serve beer and wine with light snacks for most shows.
  • The O'Shaughnessy does not have an elevator.
  • The O'Shaughnessy is a smoke free building.
