Disability Accessible Parking for Ticket Purchases:
Please enter the campus through Gate Number #3 on Randolph Avenue. Once you enter gate #3 take a HARD RIGHT and then a HARD LEFT, you will feel as though you are driving into the interior of the campus. Just in front of you, you will see the O'Shaughnessy and a reserved parking sign for ticket office patrons. Once you have parked please proceed to the far South Entrance where the accessible ramp is located. Stay to the LEFT as the accessible rap forks - this will take you to our lobby doors where you can enter and buy your tickets. Disability Accessible Parking for Show Attendance:
Please enter the campus through Gate Number #3 on Randolph Avenue. Once you enter gate $3 take a HARD RIGHT - you will find accessible parking just south of Randolph Avenue. You may also continue and go straight once you have entered gate $3 where you will find parking spots available behind the O'Shaughnessy. Once you have parked please walk to the front of the O'Shaughnessy and proceed to the far South Entrance where the accessible ramp is located. Dropping Off and then Locating Disability Accessible Parking:
If you plan to be dropped off please come early and enter Gate Number #2 off of Randolph Avenue. Once you enter gate #2 you will circle the round-about counter-clockwise and then head left toward the interior of the campus. The drop-off area is just beyond the stop sign. It is suggested that once you are dropped off you head straight into the auditorium while your companion parks the vehicle. Tips and Pointers
- Do NOT buy your tickets through TicketMaster - please call our box office at 651-690-6700.
- We do have audio assistance equipment - please ask an usher or the box office staff for assistance the night of the show
- A number of our shows will be presented in audio description or with ASL interpretation. Please call our box office at 651-690-6700 for information on these events.
- Buy Early - for most shows we will be able to sell you one wheelchair accessible seat along with one companion seat - the rest of your party will be seated in the closest or best available seats. If you buy early you stand a better change of buying additional seats for your friends in the same area as your accessible seats.
- If you are not in a wheelchair but you have problems climbing stairs or walking, request seats along the back of house left where you can enter the auditorium on the North side of the auditorium
and walk almost directly to our seats with very few steps in between.
- Stairs to the Balcony - we have 23 steps to the bottom or our balcony with two generously sized landings in between to rest. We have 70 total stairs to the very top of our balcony 23 to the landing and then aprox. 2 steps for each row to the top with no landing.
- If you have a walker you may ask an usher to stow it for you during the show.
- If you have any medical equipment please let the box office know in advance so we can be prepared for your arrival the night of the show and sell you tickets appropriate for your situation.
